service & repair
industrial pumps, air compressors,
& process equipment
There’s a big difference between “equipment” and “reliable equipment”. Reliable equipment is a combination of hard work and expertise throughout the entire product lifecycle – it’s important things like choosing the right equipment in the planning stage and installing it correctly, to little things like knowing what symptoms to check for during routine maintenance.
Our experts know that reliability is a constant, ongoing process with no shortcuts. That’s why the heavy-duty pump and compressed air systems that we provide are built to last, even in the harshest industries and most demanding applications.
Whatever your needs are, our staff is here to help solve any problems you may have with your pump or compressed air systems. And we won’t stop until your equipment is reliable equipment!
BENEFITS OF PROPER MAINTENANCE:
PROPER MAINTENANCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR RELIABLE EQUIPMENT!
SUPPORT THROUGH THE ENTIRE EQUIPMENT LIFECYCLE
In our industry, “one-size-fits-all” only applies to hats. Every site, application, and process have unique variables to consider, and we can pair you with the right equipment for a system that’s as reliable, simple, and cost-effective as possible.
Whether you need to design a new system or improve an existing one, our Sales Engineers are experts that can provide a range of flexible options tailored to your needs and preferences.
With thousands of systems under our belt, we have the hands-on experience to make sure that your system will be as simple as possible and optimized for peak performance and efficiency.
- Ensure equipment is correctly sized, increasing equipment reliability, life expectancy, and energy efficiency
- Data-driven analysis to measure current usage and optimize system design, sometimes finding huge savings from small modifications!
- Can design systems to accommodate future growth or expansion
- Energy assessment & audit services can save thousands annually, often with little or no additional expenses!
Ensuring that equipment is installed the right way is incredibly important, but often overlooked. Installation errors can sabotage equipment performance from the start and cause premature equipment failure.
Our experts are factory-trained and have installed thousands of systems, and will make sure your equipment is properly set up and running correctly from Day 1. In addition to making sure best-practices are followed for long-term reliability, they also:
- Inspect for any manufacturers defects or abnormalities
- Ensure compliance with OEM warranties
- Take baseline measurements of your machine’s unique vibration and SPM signature for future comparison
Regular preventative maintenance may seem like a boring routine, but its the single best thing you can do for your equipment and your bottom line! Well-maintained equipment saves money by performing better, lasting longer, and using less energy. And it’s easy – just give us a call and our experts will make sure your equipment is kept in tip-top shape.
For air compressors, our factory-trained compressor technicians can service units from any major manufacturer. These service jobs aren’t just “parts changing” – they’re a chance for our experts to check under the hood and make sure everything is running correctly, finding small problems and fixing them before major ones develop. Advanced testing techniques, like Oil Sample Analysis, Vibration Analysis, Shock Pulse Monitoring (SPM), and Thermal Analysis, can find problems before symptoms escalate and are standard on most preventative maintenance jobs!
DID YOU KNOW: A single dirty coalescing filter can add 2% to the system’s energy cost, or over $1,500 annually for a 100hp unit at $0.10/kWh – and that’s just from a single filter!
Anything with moving parts can break down – it’s an unavoidable fact. Our goal is to absolutely minimize the possibility of that happening in the first place, and to respond as quickly as possible when it does.
We offer 24/7 Emergency Service and parts and keep a large inventory of on-the-shelf parts just for these situations, and are ready to respond whenever mechanical failure happens.
We also offer overhaul services to refurbish old equipment to a dependable condition. Whether you need to rebuild a pump or transition an old compressor to a reliable back-up unit, our team can help assess for cost-effectiveness and perform the work needed!
We design and service systems to last as long as possible, but despite our best efforts all equipment eventually needs to be replaced. When that happens, we can help find identical drop-in replacements or propose upgraded units if increased capacity is needed.
If warranted, we also assess the system to identify any factors that may have reduced the equipment lifespan. Designing to mitigate these factors is essential for our goal: continuous improvement of your system.
air compressor SERVICE
Service & Parts for industrial compressors from ANY major manufacturer!
In addition to being the only authorized service center for Ingersoll Rand compressors in the Mississippi Valley region of Illinois and Iowa, we can also service any brand or type of industrial compressor! Our factory-trained service team is full of life-long compressor experts, and together we have someone who’s worked for almost every major compressor manufacturer at one point.
- Find small problems and fix them before they escalate into major ones!
- Prevenatative maintenance (PM) is performed specifically to prevent mechanical failure from happening. And it works! It reduces the risk of breakdown and downtime, increases equipment life, and increases equipment energy efficiency – these savings are easy money!
- PM includes the regular, routine maintenance specified by the manufacturer, and includes inspection, testing, replacing or repairing worn parts, oil changes, lubrication, and more.
- Our standard PM jobs include a comprehensive 47-point inspection of every major subsystem and component in an air compressor, and are available in cost-saving maintenance plans and/or as flexible à-la-carte services.
Restore machinery and production to full capacity as quickly as possible after break downs and malfunctions
