Let our experts do the heavy lifting to ensure your air piping isn’t wasting money!

Although often overlooked, the piping system can make a huge impact on the total cost and performance of a compressed air system; the wrong piping can reduce air delivery/flow rates, increase energy consumption, and create corrosion that can damage downstream equipment & instrumentation or even contaminate end-products.

Plus, the total cost of air distribution also includes installation labor (typically 5 times as much as the material costs), wasted energy from leak-prone systems (often 20-30% after 10 years from start up), and increased energy consumption to compensate for pressure drops (7% for every 1 barg drop).

Increased efficiency = Reduced operating costs & Increased air delivery

  • Lowest Friction & Highest Flow Rates – Aluminum is significantly smoother at the microscopic level, which creates less pipe friction and therefore less pressure drop. This means that the system can deliver more air with less work!
  • Unrestricted by corrosion – Unlike ferrous metals, aluminum does not create corrosion that can build-up to create artificial pressure drops that restrict flow.

  • Leak-Free All-metal piping and fittings come with a manufacturer’s 10 Year Leak-Free Guarantee and are much less prone to leaking over the long-term than Black Iron or Galvanized, which means less wasted air and less wasted energy!

Fast and easy installation = Reduced installation & labor costs

  • Quick-Connect Fittings – Push-to-Connect and Grooved Fittings make this the fastest and easiest system to install, without ANY welding, threading, or gluing. Also, the fittings are reusable!

  • Lightweight – Aluminum is ten times lighter than steel pipe of the same diameter, making it easier to handle and install than plastic without compromising any structural strength

  • Flexible for Future Modifications – The modular system design also makes future modifications & expansions a breeze, making layout changes easy and allowing air distribution to keep up with fast-paced operations.

Contaminant-free = increased air performance & end-product quality

  • Non-corrosive – Marine-grade aluminum delivers the cleanest, highest-quality air without the oxidation and corrosion of ferrous metals.

  • Protect Quality of End-Products – Eliminates the risk of degraded product quality from inserting a source of contamination between the compressor and the end-use

  • Protect Downstream Equipment & Instrumentation – Built-up corrosion in ferrous pipes can be dislodged and get stuck in downstream equipment, valves, & instrumentation, which can cause damage and/or disrupt operations.
